Bruichladdich: The Octomore Twelve

It’s finally here! Veteran readers of more than 1 year will know that I participated in Bruichladdich’s Octomore 11 release last year, and co-wrote some prose about the history of the brand. Today I’m proud to announce that I’ve graduated to Bruichladdich’s main website! That’s right, your humble Scotch Noob has written content that appears on a global brand website. My mom is so proud.

Launching basically today in the USA is Bruichladdich’s Twelfth release of the famed Octomore. I highly recommend you peruse the whole set of articles, as there’s excellent info, photography, and video from some of the Web’s best whisky bloggers. You’ll find my contribution on the description and tasting notes of the 12.2 bottling which is – spoiler! – finished in first-fill Sauternes casks. Oh baby. Also great news: the 12.2 release is no longer duty-free only. Yes, it will be on retail shelves in the US. Go! Read!

Must be age 21 or older to enjoy in the United States.

The above is Sponsored Content in that I got paid to co-write with other members of the Octomore Twelve, but all of the research and words are our own. For my own non-sponsored reviews, see: 12.1, 12.2, and 12.3.
