This is just a quick note to ask that you please bear with the advertising changes you might be noticing on the blog lately. I’m in the process of an experimental switch in ad networks due to my old network’s revenue slowing to a trickle. (I cannot pay for this site’s upkeep, let alone whisky, with $4 a month ad revenue.) Part of going with Ezoic for my ad partner is that they spend a few weeks randomly sticking ads in unusual places to see how they’re received. I expect they will all be received poorly and we’ll be back to normal in short order. If you really really REALLY hate an ad that you see, I’d appreciate it if you either emailed me a screenshot at nathan at scotchnoob.com or try to describe it in a comment on this post.
