You know what? I’m taking the weekend off. Have a good weekend everyone; enjoy some relaxing (instead of stressed-out cabin feverish) time with your loved ones, drink some good whisky or maybe drink some bad whisky mixed into a cocktail. I’ve been drinking a bunch of Algonquin Cocktails lately. Celebrate the memory of those who have given their lives to protect ours. Happy Memorial Day Weekend!
- 1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey (or bourbon, if you’re desperate)
- 3/4 ounce dry vermouth (I like Dolin Dry or Dolin Blanc)
- 3/4 ounce pineapple juice (bottled is totally fine)
Shake or stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
